As a mum to 3 children, feeding my family healthy, nutritional food has always been a priority to me. However, I’m now working again and finding that balance between work, spending quality time with the children and feeding them the right food isn’t always the easiest job. Doing Vanessa’s course really came at the right time for me. I found Vanessa to be incredibly approachable, friendly, understanding, I was instantly at ease when talking through what I wanted to achieve. The course taught me a detailed knowledge of the right foods and right choices to make for my family and it provided me with the tools to give balance and wellbeing to my busy life. I loved the combination of mediation, yoga and nutrition.
